Me protesting outside Aylesbury Magistrates Court ready to greet the Gray family as they arrived for the sentencing on Friday 12th June 2009.
Many people ask my why I am an animal right pacifist, it's not because I enjoy being sworn at and spat upon by the horrid people that treat animals badly, its not because I like getting threatining emails in my inbox wnenever I switch on my computer, or because I like getting hate mail, it's because I love animals and believe that they deserve to be treated with loving kindness and respect, they are God's creatures and we should value them, just as we should respect other human beings we meet.
What of the people that say to me and my Dad that I should not get involved in such things, it is wrong for someone of my age and silly and unsafe, well to them I say you will not stop me from doing what I strongly believe in. I do it because I want to make a difference, I want to be effective, and I know I am when I annoy bad cruel people who haven't got the courage to tell me to my face what they think of me. Many adults tell me that they wouldn't dare to do what I do, to them I say If I can do it so can you, after all what better cause is there than sticking up for our friends the animals, who have no voice.
